Accommodation

The Quinta da Alegria is our home , part of which we have converted to provide guest accommodation within this very peaceful Portuguese setting. We currently have 4 double rooms and 1 twin room available for guests.

They all have full en-suite shower facilities and are furnished to a high standard to ensure your comfortable stay with us.

A communal area in the old barn is set for your relaxation with dining facilities, television and music . During the wetter part of the year (and we do have some excellent rain for the off roading fraternity!) the upstairs lounge is warm, dry and cosy, ideally placed after a hard days mud-trawling.

As our accommodation is bed and breakfast we provide a well-equipped kitchen. The use of our bread oven is quite an experience! We also have oven, barbeque and microwave to cover all eventualities.

The large outdoor swimming pool is set in a relaxing lawned garden and is available while ever the weather allows. It is kept at a comfortable 26 degrees, which is ideal during the summer to cool down and in the spring / autumn provides swimming of a more even temperature.
